SCADshow is where artists, stars, guests, and patrons connect through arts, culture, entertainment, community, and conversation. With two state-of-the-art theaters — a 700-seat main stage and an intimate 130-seat multi use space — equipped with industry-leading projection and sound production technology, SCADshow offers the best in high-quality cinema and live-show experiences. Located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, SCADshow is home to the university signature events SCADTVfest and SCAD AnimationFest, yearly festivals dedicated to the celebration of television, streaming, and digital media. The theater also hosts a regular lineup of screenings, talks, and live performances. SCADshow’s theater spaces are complemented by SCAD COURT, an artfully crafted courtyard that houses a 31 ft. by 18 ft. LED wall, empowering event partners to create an immersive outdoor experience and showcase photos, video, and branded content. As Executive Director, I oversee the operations, programming, administration, and strategic development of the theater and associated venues. My work is focused on expanding and enhancing signature events, festivals, and other programming that foster and engage a vibrant arts and culture community here at SCAD with impacts globally.
